Space Rental

The Luminary offers a unique and expansive space for events of all kinds. Combining historic architecture dating back to the early 1900's with a newly redesigned contemporary art gallery, the space is ideal for weddings and receptions, fundraisers, concerts, performances, private parties, corporate events and more.

Originally constructed as a theater, our main gallery showcases a gorgeous vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden beams adding warmth and character to the event space and the front of our building offers large windows that open onto vibrant Cherokee Street (blinds available for privacy). The full gallery holds 300 for cocktail, 250 for theater seating and up to 200 for seated dinner. Partial rentals are also available for smaller groups.

Full Gallery Rental
Sun-Thur daytime $800
Sun-Thur evening $1,000
Includes up to 4 hours of event time + 2 hours total set up and clean up time
$50 per hour for additional set up or clean up time
$150 per hour for additional event time

Fri-Sat daytime $1,200
Fri-Sat evening $1,500
Includes up to 4 hours of event time + 4 hours total set up and clean up time
$100 per hour for additional set up or clean up time
$200 per hour for additional event time

Partial Rental (available for small groups)
Sun-Thur $150 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Includes 1 hour total set up and clean up time
$50 per hour for additional set up and clean up time

Fri-Sat $200 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Includes 1 hour total set up and clean up time
$75 per hour for additional set up and clean up time

Discounts available for 501c3 non-profits, dependent on availability.

Additional services include:
- $150 cleaning fee (unless your group does clean up)
- $35 per hour sound tech fee (if you require more than one microphone and one computer or media player input)
- $25 per hour for additional staff (can assist with room flip, decor, etc.)
