FORM 2012

 

We are proud to announce the third annual FORM Contemporary Design Show  on September 28th and 29th. The annual furniture, functional object and architecture show has quickly developed into one of the central independent design events in the nation, promoting contemporary design in an exciting, accessible format. FORM 2012 will expand again to inhabit 20,000 sq/ft of the Ely Walker Building on Washington Avenue in Downtown St. Louis as a part of St. Louis Design Week.

FORM is also The Luminary’s annual fundraiser, so join us for the VIP Preview gala to help raise necessary funds for our many programs and events. Find out more about the event at http://formdesignshow.com.

The event will include a silent auction for exclusive items from the designers, complimentary food and drinks, DJ and Keynote Address from Karrie Jacobs, founding editor of Dwell Magazine, contributing writer to Metropolis, Travel + Leisure and many more.

General Admission | Free and open to the public

Experience cutting-edge contemporary designs and take part in Panel Discussions and Presentations at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm. Details coming soon! The general admission day is both an exhibit and a market place. Some exhibitors will have items for sale, others will be available for consult. Come and be inspired!

To Celebrate the end of FORM 2012, we will host a Community Dinner at the Table that was built by designers during the show. Tickets are limited to 35 people and will include:

• Cocktail hour with exhibitors
• Family-Style dinner by Entre Underground, Sump Coffee and Urban Chestnut Brewing Company at the community table
• The chair you sit on – yes, we’re serious. Your dinner ticket will include a well designed chair.

The cocktail hour will begin at 6pm and dinner will be served at 7pm.
