The exhibition exists within this shift from opposition to no position, as well as its opposite, citing abstraction as a tactic and obstruction as a strategy.

The exhibition, titled after a 70's era architectural journal whose initial logo's invisible 'p' destabilized the meaning of its name from "Oppositions" to "0 positions," focuses on work that engages abstraction in relation to both material and language as a way to destabilize dominant discourses.

The Luminary's exhibitions are supported by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Regional Arts Commission, the Missouri Arts Council and our members.
