The Luminary is excited to announce that beginning January 1, 2026, it will serve as the new home for Midwest Artist Project Services (MAPS), a long-standing provider of fiscal sponsorship and professional development for artists and emerging organizations.

For more than a decade, MAPS has been a trusted, volunteer-led resource in the St. Louis arts community, offering fiscal sponsorship, artist consultations, the annual Mock Grant Panel, and professional development workshops. By integrating these services into The Luminary’s broader platform of exhibitions, residencies, publications, and public programs, this partnership ensures the continuity of MAPS’s legacy while expanding its reach and sustainability across the region.

To support this transition, The Luminary is hiring an Artist Resources Manager, a part-time contractor position beginning in January 2026. Applications are due October 31, 2025.
