The Luminary offers a limited number of subsidized studios for rent on a rolling basis. The studios will include access to specialized equipment, including woodshop equipment; periodic studio visits by curators, galleries and critics; dedicated storage space for art and materials; and open studio events that will provide exposure to patrons, curators and collectors.

Artists will have access to the broad range of activities under the umbrella of The Luminary, finding community and connections within one of the most creative environments in the city. Accepted artists additionally benefit from significant exposure and a peer-driven creative community in proximity to The Luminary’s many other exciting programs including national and international artists and curators participating in the Residency Program, studio visits, Open Studio tours and more.
